Atlas Music Online Return Policy

I. Most items are returnable within 14 days of the shipment date.***

II. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment from our store. Items must
be returned in original packaging and in new condition for a refund approval. Pending our inspection of the returned item, a 10% restocking fee will be withheld from the refunded amount.

III. Items that are returned in less than new condition will be assessed an additional reconditioning
fee based on inspection and estimate of cost.

IV. Shipments that are refused are subject to the shipping costs to and from buyer.

V. All wind instruments returned or exchanged will be assessed a sanitization fee based
on their sale price:

• $1 – $100:               $5.00
• $101 – $500:           $10.00
• $501 – $1000:         $20.00
• $1001 – $3000:       $40.00
• $3000+:                   $60.00

VI. All wind instrument mouthpieces will be assessed a $10.00 sanitization fee.

*** The following items are returnable only if defective, unopened, or unused:
strings, reeds, amplifier tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Any of these items are non-returnable if open or used.
